A curriculum designed for your environment
Our courses are designed to address the conditions of the Southern climate. Beware of New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) courses which are not for Southern states.
Experience is the best teacher
Instructors have years of experience in real estate construction, remodels, rehabs, brokerage and in investment, are BPI certified as Proctors and Field Examiners and approximately 400 hours of teaching; that is what we bring to the classroom.
Review the next class for free
If for any reason you feel that your first time through class wasn't enough to learn the material, take the next class for free. This has always been our policy and always will be.
Get it all
The cost of our course covers everything you need to get certified. The classroom instruction, your field training, books and materials, use of equipment, the online exam, and the field test.
Tutoring
Because we have our own training facility and test houses our instructors can offer one-on-one tutoring.
